You forgot about Island quest and Lost Treasure. Mushroom and Treasure quest give +3all stats and Cellar+Island give +5 points to distribute.

With this quest , i cant find "Demon Brain"
I had been already finished "Fungal Tome" .But when i kill all monster of floor lv 9,10,11,12 . The monster dont drop " Demon Brain"

Have you initiated that part of the quest? I mean were you told by the NPC to bring him the brain? I remember once forgetting to talk to pepin/adria and got stuck with the quest because of that.

Demon brain is dropped from the first demon type monster that is encountered after taking this 'Demon Brain' quest from Pepin. So you've propably missed it.

you probably forgot to talk to pepin first.

or, you actually didn't kill any demons even though you killed all those monsters. pay attention to the descriptions, a few types of demons in the original game are changed to beasts or humanoids.

Sometimes the Demon Brain can be found not on lvl 9, but on higher lvl. Recently I got mushroom on 9th floor, and the brain was found on lvl 13.
