Belzebub's audio vs. USB audio interfaces
Belzebub's audio vs. USB audio interfaces
So... I have quite weird problem with game sounds (every played by game, even on cinematics). Few weeks ago something crashed on my laptop sound card and i had only 1 channel working. Stereo [*]... Just recently i remembered that my USB audio interface can work as external sound card (yeah, i'm stupid, i know xD). I plugged it in, restarted computer, everything was working fine but then i opened Bel. It's the only audio source that makes problems. What problems? There are two versions.
First, quite annoying but i can live with it - audio is cracky. Something like 200miliseconds of sound, then 200ms of silence, 200ms sound and so on, but sound have some irritating cracks. But no slows, no fast forwards.
Second one is annoying as hell. Audio is playing so fast that i hear whole Tristram theme in about 7sec... While listening to Diablo music playing so fast you have thoughts that you play some psychodelic game. Maybe it's good for some people but, damn... After all this i'm still scared sometimes playing this game even when i'm not scared watching horrors or playing horror games...
I've checked it with some other applications and audio sources - only Belzebub gives those weird experience with sound on my USB interface... Drivers and everything needed to full work of this device is updated so i think that maybe Bel engine is not working properly with that kind of devices?
