Well, the others you will not find on normal difficulty As Riesa said, you can find Tancred's Weapon in a Lost Tresure chest, on Hell difficulty. I also found mine there. But the amulet i don't remember, though i found it quite often.
I've dropped 2 Tancred ammy's from those chests... I believe that one more was dropped on Terror Domain or River of Flame normal... If it was River of Flame then it was with rogue with 0%MF ;p Rest possibilities - Mage ~250%MF...
