Some points are not so important, but will still benefit the game in my opinion.

Belt Potions:

It would be great if potions were ordered a little better within the belt like in Diablo 2. Firstly an option in the Gameplay menu to disallow scrolls to automatically be placed within the belt. And if the game identified columns as being Health or Mana or even scrolls columns (given the gameplay menu has enabled scrolls in the belt). So basically if you have Health potions in the first column and Mana in the second third and fourth column. Picking up or using the Shift + Left Click on potions in inventory went into the corresponding column. This is so I dont get mana potions in my health column and vice versa so I don't waste them or have to sort them out every time i refill my belt.

Automatic Healing:

Not a biggie, but healing could happen automatically when you talk to the shop owner like in Diablo 2 instead of clicking "Receive Healing".

Identify All:

Also not so important, but convenient. If Cain could identify all items at once, that would be cool. Sometimes you have to spam the enter button to identify like 10 or so items.

Corpses

When you click a corpse on the ground for items, it seems unpolished. Maybe if he played a rolling over animation as if the player moved him slightly and made a sound. At the moment you click on them and your not sure if you misclicked or hes already been checked.

Map Markings:

Would be very helpful if there were some marking on the map for things like Way Points, the Terror Chamber (Diablo's level) star thing, Town Portals, etc. Always looking for my waypoint or my town portal, or the Terror Chamber Entrance although I've already found them because they're not marked on the map.

Stun Lock

I know some units knock you back so you don't get locked into a flinching state, but it doesn't always work. The butcher in Nightmare for example runs soo bloody fast and attacks quick, I couldn't evade him. I accidently got corner and so I was knocked away from him and I got locked into position. Couldn't cast spells or run away. I was doomed to die. I'm really not sure of a solution but theres some bullshit specials and bosses which just stunlock you and theres nothing you can do unfortunately, other than using exploits in the game like getting them stuck and using Firewall or something silly.

I'm here to give some feedback on your feedback :D

Belt ideas are great, i doubt adding belt options would be that tough to do. I also can't see this impacting difficulty too much. Just smooths out gameplay. The ability to send scrolls and elixirs straight to your inventory would remove a lot of headache from accidental elixir drinking/scroll using.

Auto-heal and auto-identify are also features i and others have wanted from the start. The only argument for not adding them is time, tech limitations or how it takes away from the original feel of the game. At first i liked the old style of these functions but after forgetting to heal and breaking my wrist id'ing items i see they would be nice.

Corpses use the original D1 (lack of) animations. I highly doubt the dev will want to create brand new ones.

I think the lack of map locations add to the game in a positive way. Although it is a pain sometimes, it really requires the player to remember where there are portals, shrines to go back to, waypoints and so on. I think that implementing what you suggested could make it too easy to teleport around and find everything, or hunt for select shrines.

These are just my opinions. Trying to throw ideas out there in hopes that the developer is sitting somewhere reading them all :wink:

EDIT : Brightlord has hinted about modifying stunlock. so hopefully that will be changed soon.
Warrior and Barb will get better benefits from hit recovery stat next patch and should be able to do this aswell soon
