The Stash is not shared whit other chars !?

The Stash is not shared whit other chars !?

I made a new char, and decided to equip him whit some items from my barb, but stash is empty, it s supposed to be like that or bug ?

"Trade stash" is shared between all characters and "private stash" is only for one characer.
