How to turn off "Mouse Smoothing"

Hello there, just found my old Diablo 1 Disc and find this HD Mod. Thanks to the creators, it´s amazing!

But one thing i noticed, my mouse controlls feel´s "smoothed, like vsync is enabled. I have turned Vsync off in my Nvidia Graphic settings but that doesnt solve the problem...is there any way to fix that?

First, go into the video options by hitting ESC during a game and making sure the Frames Per Second and Resolution settings are to your liking.
If that doesn't work, leave the game, right-click the Belzebub icon, and make sure you're running the game as an administrator so it's allocating the correct amount of memory to running it.

If neither of those work, it would help to know more about what you mean.
