Tchernobog players, let's price items!

I've found couple good items recently and was wondering what their cost is. So I decided to try doing the pricing!
For that, first of all I need experienced players to vote on most Uniques and Sets in the game to agree on their relative usefulness and cost.
First of all, I suggest putting sets and uniques into 4 tiers/categories.

Tier 1 - best-in-slot items which are very hard to find (aka Giant Skull, etc)
Tier 2 - items that are not as rare but still very good nonetheless
Tier 3 - not best in slot but still good and rare OR very good but not as rare (aka Zakarumite Ceremonial Knife maybe?)
Tier 4 - all other crap we don't use and don't care about
