New Player, please help if you have to spare 5min

Post by maxitshz »

For first, its a HELL of a good job!
but I faced some difficulties

1) Multiplayer option is dark ( I plan to set up a local vpn client on one of my servers to emulate local network just to play with brothers over internet [ they live in another country ]

so I guess vpn which merge their connection to one local network is necessary

2) I've started a single player game with mage I've received anvil of fury running out of this deamon ( every time he kills me , no matter off spell used on him )

3) where i can find a basic recipes to craft items ?

thanks !

Welcome to the forum! :)

There is no multiplayer in Belzebub, only in Tchernobog, which is WIP http://diablo1.ovh.org/hd/?download But i don't now how you could set up a server for it, maybe someone else with experience can help.

And you don't have to kill the Smith to complete the quest, just take the anvil and bring it to Griswold. You can use Guardians and Teleport from one site to another (on and off the peninsula he spawns on) so while he travels to your spot the gets auto-targeted. There is also a cheesy way to avoid him, but i'd rather not encourage such tactics.

As for recipes they drop randomly, you will start to see them, their tooltip is orange, the first 2 sets of recipes aren't that good anyway, 3rd and 4th are what you want to start crafting, and these you will find begging with Hell difficulty.

God damn it , well i have a hope that this the Tchernobog have at last hitting friend by spells fixed , in D1 playing a mage (chainlighting, charged bolt etc) was a nightmare for team members

I will try it anyway
