Maybe i don't understand the question. You are asking if you touch 2 Fountain of Tears one after the other if you can get effect twice? Then no, you can only use one to swap an attribute, and if are under the effect and you touch another one it's like a reset to initial attributes and one random attribute is swapped, and the timer is also reset.

One way to do it for Warrior, Rogue, Necromance, Assassin would be to place more stat into MAG after a certain level plus with items +MAG, Mag potion, and Eerie Shrine learn the spells to level 15. You must have all spell books reserved to fill the slots. At level 60, redistribute stats correctly.

My Rogue have 1070 Magic after redistribute all points to Mag + Elixir + Eerie shrine + Fountain of tears + Magic stuff. But 11 books need 1082 and more magic.

why are the magic requirements for such high level spells so absurdly ridiculous?

what differnce would one spell level make at that point when you have THAT much magic

Because only Sorcerers place that much study into the arcane.

Warriors put study into swords and shields.

Barbarians study smashing things with big axe.

Assassin study stealth and fast slaughter.

Rogue study archery.

Necromancer study blood magic and raising the undead.
