1 second mini freezes

Hello,

Getting 1 second mini freezes throughout my playing experience of this mod. They seem to happen out of the blue when I click to move somewhere often. also almost everytime I click on the switch weapon sets button it does the freeze. Many times it just happens when doing stuff in the inventory or stashes.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? I'm using windows 10...

Fullscreen mode??
mine does as you describe (sometimes up to 10 seconds) in window mode of any size.

I am playing in fullscreen. Didn't think to try other screen modes. It occurs in both windowed, and fullscreen. I will be transferring the game to my laptop later tonight to see if its just something with my desktop. I know that in csgo I get a main screen stutter that is kinda similar, of sorts, to what I'm experiencing in d1. I will follow up to this reply after further testing.

Alright,

I think I resolved my issue.

I was using the actual game disc to play, so I reinstalled after creating an ISO of the disc. Haven't experienced the issue yet after using .mpq.

Glad to hear. Ya don't need disc... just copy the DIABDAT.MPQ and paste in diablo folder. Vanilla Diablo needs the disc.

OOPS.. just noticed ya said you're using the .mpq

Anyways hope it's workin' well.
