New User: Belzebub mod not working

So I recently installed this mod and I'm having trouble trying to get the game to load.

When I start up Belzebub.exe, a black window pops up for about 5 seconds and then stops responding.

My computer currently meets all the requirements, so I'm a little confused.

Can someone please help me? I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Maybe your gfx card doesn't support openGl. I don't really know technical stuff but if you say everything else is installed and up to date, this may be the culprit.
