having difficulties completing this quest, I always get stuck on one of his dialogue options and I can never trigger/advance to the next set of dialogue...how does this quest work?
what are the triggers/conditions for advancing the dialogue?

how come walking and waiting around in level 4 are the only things that advance his dialogue?
every time I would teleport and go to different levels and come back it wouldn't advance his dialogue.
I just think its inconvenient that I have to walk 2 screens away and back everytime to advance dialogue because it waste time when I could teleport around.
gotta go fast, thats all

The thing is 1 min is needed for him to give another speech, and instead of just waiting you should do something else, if you already cleared the whole level than walking away and back should suffice. Cause if you talk to him before 1 min passed the timer is reset, and i know ppl get impatient while just waiting and it's not like they'll use a stopwatch.
Also by leaving the level i believe the timer stops and you have to talk to him again to restart the timer and let 1 min pass until he can give next speech. Maybe some other situations can reset it as well, i don't really know, i was just interested on how to make it work in all situations.

Garbad's dialogue seems a little messed up. I think the order of how he talks was changed from the original and it just doesn't flow well.
But we're talking about Garbad a stupid goatman (who isn't all that weak compared to the other goatmen on those surrounding levels). I suppose he's weak in the brain for fluent speech.
NYAHHHHH!!!!! (goes the goatman) just NYAAAAAAHHHSSSSTTTYYYY!!!
