how do you actually kill the summoner on hell? in the one game I got to him he had haste and behemoth. he moved so fast he was hard to hit and he hardly took any damage. I simply don't have enough space in my inventory to keep enough rejuv pots to sustain that long of a fight.
It also is a time consuming waste of time compared to leveling and playing through hell
lvl 41 rogue by the way, if you have any leveling/grinding/farming strats pelase share

Open TP in the upper side where the big chest is and lure him down in the small room (racks or tomes) opposite to the teleporter from The Pit and die there so he stays by your body in the room. Take the TP back, open another one TP use Teleport to get to the part where the Blood Fountain is, then to get to the room with the teleporter from The Pit, and then in front of the door where he is. Use Guided Arrow mostly to shoot inside and alternate with Multi Shot/Sightless Eye for the summons from portals, keep a Golem up behind you so he distracts long enough anything coming from your back, until you take them out.
I don't feel Rogue really needs leveling/grinding/farming just be sure to use the fastest bow you can, so that you put and keep enemies into hit recovery, 300 or below Attack Time is perfect and have some Life/Mana Leech. And as a general tip use Bone Spirit on Behemoths if they are not Magic Immune.

Maybe it's sprite overflow, i see you run at 1920x1080 so try reducing your resolution a bit, i prefer 1280x1024 in windowed mode, to avoid stretching. The game is not really supposed to play on a higher resolution than that, max spell range is a bit less than that, and you gain an unfair advantage by seeing mobs before they see you. Anyway you do what you want, and i don't know if my suggestion will help but i never had this problem when playing so try it.
