Chamber of Bone + Halls of the Blind removed in 0.092?

Hey,

Apparently, access to the Chamber of Bone and the Halls of the Blind has been disabled starting from v0.092 (not the quests, just the areas, which could still be accessed).

Please allow characters to enter these areas, even without the quest rewards. And maybe access to other quest-related places, like Horazon's Sanctum

Btw, the main menu typo (ALHPA instead of ALPHA) is still present .
