How to edit textures

Is there a way to edit the original Diablo textures (in a way that works with Belzebub) ?

Yes but it's very tedious if you don't develop tools to do it first.

Is there a simple way to do just a dump and then a re-import? For example, to apply a filter on all the textures in the game in one batch.
