Sorry for my english...
I know...someone could find this idea "blasphemy" but can be possible make a Diablo I mod with an option for Diablo II soundtrack? Could be a menu with: DI OST, DII OST, DII Act I, DII Act II, DII Act III, DII Act IV, DII Act V, DII Random and Completly Random.
If yes there's another thing...about this tracks.

It's sad for me know that good music like those was not used for something...i think should be great in the city or in pvp mode. What do you think?
P.S: Play music in background is not the same.

I've been thinking for a while that games like these, which come with soundtracks for different environments, and can be played for thousands of hours since they have such high replay value, should have menus to actually let the user choose music tracks from his own drives when they get somewhat bored with the original soundtrack the game came with.
I think that your idea isn't "blasphemy" because you are talkink about original Diablo series sountrack. It would be nice to be able to change the soundtrack (for those who've been listening it since 96) without losing the atmosphere of it.
But on the other hand, I believe there are many who play the game with a mp3player as soundtrack.

It's not different from open windowed game and play in background the music. When i wrote "Play music in background is not the same" i'm talking about listen city music when you barely escape from deadly fighting...i don't think soundtrack lover gamers could found same emotion with a playlist.
P.S: Another question about diablo II soundtrack. In this days i'm playing first and second Diablo both but i discover this: In this mod music volume are separated from sound but Diablo II don't work in the same way. I really don't know why Blizzard do this... There's a way to make music louder?
Thank you for patience with this annoying fanboy.

mhhh, regarding Diablo II music, I think the only way to make its music louder would be to directly edit the .wav files stored in D2music.mpq
As for the in-game playlist in Belzebub, it doesn't force you to use it, if (imagining that the devs would accept my idea) you could use the default mode and hear the soundtracks you want without a playlist
I thought this scheme to obtain more freedom in fact of music selection
