Can't Install.. please help

Hello guys, I know there are a lot of installation topics, but i just cant solve mine.. I unrar the file thats for installation, i copy my MPQ file from my CD and when i start the belzebub.exe i get the error : "Opengl version unrecognized or insufficient to run program" . So ok i guess i have not install the openal, but when i try to install it i just cant... I tried to copy the file to windows/system32 but it doesnt work.. i tried to do it from the run menu CMD
with regsvr openal32.dll but i get the error msg: "The module "openal32.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DIIRegisterServer was not found. Make sure that openal32.dll is a valid DLL or OCX file and tren try again."
I just dont know what to do anymore please help... i rly wanna play the mod and the game. I've played the normal hellfire and diablo 1 so much times i just love this game..
Oh forgot to say i am with Windows 7.

System requirements
Graphics: 256 RAM, with full support of openGL 2.0

BTW
openGL and openAL is not the same.

I tried to copy the file to windows/system32 but it doesnt work..

So what should i do mate.. the game is running on my laptop but i want to run it on my pc

Try to install newest drivers for your graphic card. But remember the mod requires Graphic Card with full support of openGL 2.0
