A Darker sorcerer/necromancer graphic

Post by Ogodei »

Hello, I had made a gfx modification for heavy armoured sorcerer long ago, darkening his orange clothes, and included it into my Diabdat.MPQ . I recently noticed that it affects both the Sorceror and the Necromancer gfx in Belzebub. Tell me what do you think about it :)

I have uploaded a RAR file containing some screenshots at this link :

Not bad, but this modification does not change too much.
And you can do modify light armor barbarian on dark style ?

In theory it's possible, hoping that its colour won't interfere. I have to edit the Warrior's gfx in order to do that. I noticed that Belzebub alters the color of the original character gfx if you play with necro/assa/barb . I'll let you know about it when i'll do it.

By the way... is it be possible to add my custom sorcerer gfx (which i'll provide to finish, in case) as an optional plugin available for this mod? it would be awesome to give my little contribute to this great game

Character colors are modified by adding .trn file that alters palette indexes of animation.

So, add new GFX is unnecessary.

I would like to have a barbarian in a black light armor, but I do not know how to do : )
Barbarian in the light and heavy armor almost not at different from the warrior
Only medium armor has a lot of differences between a warrior and a barbarian
