Played a little today and finally was abble to kill diablo. I found a teleport book too wich was a lot helpfull too to gain some time cleanning and avoid diablo's spells. I didn't slack wtaching tv or reading on the web and go kill diablo just after lazarus death and he really was easyer killed before the timer ending.
I think there could be some more explicit explanation on this timer in the game. Deckard is talking about it sure, but if fact i was thinking this was just storyline talking and didn't guess this would have something to do to influence the game...
