Do you think that multiplayer test version that allows just chatting and trading should be shared? Because nothing else will be ready in very long time? It can be buggy...
Well, I couldn't turn down any offer to see something new. It sounds exciting. It would allow us to provide feedback on bugs and what not as well which could be useful for you. However, if opening this feature to us will delay you a great deal from the finished multiplayer, then I don't think it would be worth it. My opinion anyway.
2 questions though:
1.) Can we use our existing characters?
2.) How do we all connect through multiplayer? Is this LAN or some sort of Battle.Net server?

1. Probably no, because game will be rebalanced and some changes in files.
I can't imagine many people will use the multiplayer feature much then as theres not much to do. If they can't grind some items to trade (since the dungeons won't be enabled) and can't use their existing characters, there's really not that much to do.
However, I'm sure there will be some of us who are keen enough to help test the trading version ultimately helping you guys in some way. I for one would still be keen to check it out. It would be awesome to see that "Multiplayer" tab in the game menu not greyed out, haha
