Buriza Do Kyanon bug

Hello guys and girls! I noticed while playing with my rogue that Buriza Do Kyanon's 100% piercing attack doesnt work. Any idea what causes this? I am using Irathas finery set along with the bow. Thanks in adavance for your answer ^^

Perhaps there is a limit to how effective Piercing attack may be?
75% max for example?

It can be a bug with the Items, and Buriza's coded %PA value is less than the one in the tooltip?

And perhaps Piercing Attack suffers from some king of % threshold, and after you pass it the game only thinks you have the value that is above the threshold?

( Buriza + Iratha = 133% PA. If the game thinks 100% is max threshold, it perhaps acts like you had 33% PA).

I thought that too that maybe I hit the max PA cap or something. But it doesn't pierce at all. Maybe have to find out if I unequip irathas and try buriza then.
