CTRL Vs ALT

So how many people have noticed the difference between the CTRL key and the ALT key...

Since the beginning of time... (or during the demo... either way) I've occasionally had the tooltips of all the items on the ground get "stuck on" after holding "ALT" down... I couldn't figure it out and figured it was a bug...

It took all the way till just now to realize that they get locked on and off by pressing CTRL....

Persisting tooltips happened to me like 2 times before i knew that its the CTRL's doing. At the time I thought its a bug.
