Question about Trang-Oul's Guise ilvl overlap

But, nobody has found 'Trang-Oul's Guise'
I think Talrasha's horadric crest is also 'grand crown' and it dropped most of levels. (in torment)

So, I wonder if Talrasha's horadric crest and Trang-Oul's Guise ilvl overlap, that Trang-Oul's Guise does not dropped.

Anyone who has find Trang-Oul's Guise, tell me about where you get it


ps) I think 'Milabrega scepter' has same problem

It can drop but only from with ilvl not high enough to drop talrasha.
It's changed in 1.04 which is ready to be released now
