High grade recipe is affected by $player ?

I want some of high grade recipe (using perfect gems)

I read $player is affaected at ilvl.

Then, recipe is affeted too?

Since chest/barrel drops are not affected by $player X I will go out on a limb and say crafting is not either.

If anything, crafting should be less likely to be affected by $player X than chest/barrel drops.

whether as $player x increased, more higher grade recipe would be dropped.
