Need Help beating Diablo on Normal

I need some help beating Diablo on normal with my rogue

Currently level 29 with 71 Strength, 106 Dex, 21 Magic, and 26 Vitality thats before equipment adding to it. I currently have 35 unused stat points.

Armour class is 101, chance to hit 188%, damage 72-149, DPS: 324.78, life 165, mana 103,

Resist magic 50%, resist fire 59%, resist 46%, reist cold 31%

My equipment is as follows

Magic Composite bow with +9% chance to hit, +39% enhanced damage, and +1-64 lightning damage
Unique Bonechain Armour
Helm with fire resist and some dex
Rare Belt +19% Magic resistance, +15% Lightning resistance, +5 to Strength, Regenerate 1 mana per 5 sec (Belt only allows 2 rows of potions though, I did find one that will give more rows that might be a bit better but will lower my reistances its +7% better chance of finding magic items, +12 to vitality, and +33 to hit points, and it gives four rows of potions)
Rare Ring: +16% Chance to hit, +13 to dexterity, +30 hit points
Magic ring: +16% resist all, +11 to all attributes
Magic Amulet: +37% chance to hit, +12 to dexterity

I have trouble with terror domain, (sometimes I can't even get through level 15 or 16 depending on how strong the unique monsters are, but most times I can) and can't even get past minions let alone the three bosses before diablo himself, so what do I need to do to beat him on normal. so I can progress to next difficulty of nightmare. I have gotten past lazuarus.

I have completed all quests except bone chamber, horozons sanctum, andariel, izual, and diablo himself.

I also have some skills (some leveled up by wearing magic adding gear in place of my regular gear, its how I get enough magic to level up my skills and read books in first place. so like lightning, firewall, plus bunch of other skills.)

any advice would be greatly appreciated so I can move on to next difficultly.

Just wanted to give an update

I have been able to get through the terror domain and beat the three mini bosses, bit of a pain but successfully did it, but I can't beat diablo himself, most I have got him down to is half health or so then I die, so having trouble with that.

mostly using same gear except I have new belt (four rows of potions) that adds +30% to all resistance, and a new rare amulet that adds +20% chance to hit, +40% fire resist, +12 magic, and +14 Dexterity, also a new helm that adds some 20% to all resist plus some cold resist and some other stats, a rare crown. Other than that using all same gear.

this is on my rogue. So any advice for beating Diablo would be great.

Try using hit-and-run tactics: shoot a few arrows, reposition, and avoid standing in one place too long.

If you get overwhelmed, don’t be afraid to portal out, heal up, and go back in. Diablo doesn’t regenerate health, so you can chip away at him over time.

Have you tried using Scroll of Golem or any other way to distract Diablo? Or do you have any recommendations on what weapons are more effective for rogues in this late stage?
