Belzebub download missing files

I re-downloaded Belzebub and noticed the download was moved to a new website and that the file size is smaller than it use to be. Once i downloaded and extracted, several crucial Belzebub files are missing, including the Belzebub excutable. Could a dev or mod fix the download? Thanks!

The download contains only these three files in folder called game_data: data.mpq, icon.bmp, music.mpq
