Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hi guys. I'm running the game on Win8.1 64, and there's no saving option in the game's main menu. Is the save option similar to D2 here? Saving only on exit?

Also i would like to express a big thanks to the creators of the mod. I found out about the mod only today and I'm just shoked. I consider D1 the best part of the series and glad that the I'm not the only one.
Please keep it up, I am eagerly waiting for a 1.0 release.

Saving is automatic upon return to town and perhaps when going through Town Portal and Waypoints.

As this game is beta, it is a good idea to back up your /playersave/ directory every once and a while and before installing new beta versions.

Thank you very much. It would be great to have a saving option similar to original game.

And is there an option to change point distribution as if it was original Hellfire?
