The Book Of Mana Shield

Hi, first time playing the mod with the Sorceror now. When can I buy the Book Of Mana Shield from Adria? I am level 16 and she's not selling it yet... or so it seems?

Mana shield is a sorceror skill. There is no "Book of Mana shield".
