Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

i have been waiting for the next patch to this wonderful mod. when is the next update? whats the progress? it has allowed me to play my favorite game again. but also, where is the save game feature? i can create characters that are saved but i have to start all over every time i try to play. any ideas on this?

And the games saves automatically while quitting, dungoen levels reset. Its like in multi from original Diablo.
