Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

So i´ve been playing for a while now, everything seems more or less balanced if you do it right. (Playing warrior)
There´s just 2 things that tend to kill me without chance:
-Lightning enchantment for unique monsters, you hit them you die (even with 50% res and +300HP)
-Izual. That f*cker just beats the cr*p out of me without loosing 25%HP, no matter what i do. Unfortunately, all my ~500.000 gold are lying around in his chamber and he´s trying to keep it...

Is there any useful chance (except always having definately max res for lightning) to encounter those more safely?
What about Izual, i have ~300 attack time and 105% hit, yet he just freezes me and even without he just kills me.
Any tricks or am i just too stupid?


EDIT: got him. seriously, that guy is insane...

I haven't got any problems with things u wrote. To kill Izual, you need just a fast weapon with life leech. Also will be good if you take on "Cannot Freeze" item (I know if it's ur 1st char is hard to got this kind of item but i didn't use and Izual was rly easy).

Lighting enchant is not so powerfull, It got low damage but very massive amount of charges. Use "- damage taken from enemies" items or just use ur skill Shield Wall which got teen seconds of duration.
