It is possible on Wine or similar emulator but requires some tweaking with sound driver.

Probably not. However it takes some knowledge or atleast strong motivation to do that. 
Fun part is that Belzebub was ported to mac successfuly and ran as native app already like a year ago but wasn't maintained there for long.

OP, if you are still here i can set up the port so you can run it very easily. My mac is currently out of commission but ill get back to you in the next week. It runs very well and has on multiple macs for me.
