hotkeys

how do i set hotkeys for spells? i see some people managed that in screenshots still i cant find how to do it.

Open the spell dropdown (spell icon on the left/right side of the screen).
Hover the mouse over the spell you want to assign a hotkey to, and then press one of the F keys (F1, F2, etc)
