The Application is failed to start...

Now sorry if i spam I don't want to.
I've checked all the forum really all the pages but i haven't found the solution.
I've installed Diablo, works fine. Downloaded belzebub, but i can't make it work.
It writes: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I think i made some mistake and it's my fault why it isn't working but I can't figure out what happened. Can you help me pls?

Instal visual c++ redistributable 2010 x86 from microsoft
