Changing Monster Power sounds better than MF but it still very random thing. MF is probably better chance of finding Magic and Rare items but bigger MP gives you also better chance and exactly more items from monsters (especially champions)

People said that better items u can ge on Hell MP10 than on Torment but still the best High Level Sets and items u can get only in Tornment :)

Nope... You can find everything on hell/hell. But propably at some point it's only a little easier to find it on torment/hell but i doubt it.

That's weird... I have much better drops on hell/hell than on whole torment... Of course when we say about set/unique stuff. Rare's are still better on torment thou...

I have a quick question: besides high magic find, does faster kill improves the chances of getting better items? For exemple if you take too long to kill a monster or go back to town for more potions etc in the middle of a battle, is the quality of items dropped decreased?

No, the killing time has no effect on drops.
