Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hello, the mod looks awesome and i'm very excited play it. however i'm having a problem getting it installed. I copied all the mod files into the game file and installed AI. when I try to run belzebub I get a error message that says "program requires data.mpq to run" I have win8 if that has anything to do with anything. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need data.mpq.

data.mpq is part of the mod's files, are you sure you extracted it correctly (including folder names) ?

Looks like it is expected to be found under ".\Data\game_data", it will give the error message you mentionned if the provided MPQs are in the same directory as the .exe (unlike diabdat.mpq which should be with the .exe)

alright. I figured it out. I was doing it backwards. I copied the diablo mpq file into the bezlebub file and now everything is good to go. thanks for your help and fast replies
