Dungeon won't load

Sorry to post this here but I didn't get a response in the problems section. I'm having an issue where I start the game after creating a character, the game loads initially works fine, but when I enter the dungeon the game freezes halfway through the load screen. Has anyone else had a problem like this or know a way to fix this? I'd love to play the game but I can't seem to figure this out.

Maybe your CD is broken, maybe you play "Diablo HD" not "The Awakening" Mod.
