requirements?

what do this feature by items:

"Requirements -20%"

i cant see any changes on the stats by using items like this.

I guess the requirements on that item should be lower than on pretty much any other item of the same type (like, a normal Full Plate Mail requires 100 str, one with -20% should only require 80) ?

Or, to take a real example : a random gothic plate requires 80 str, while Silks of the Victor require 64 (80 -20%).

ah ok. i think all days its like - 20% for mana to use spells or somethink like this. but its a good idea to implements this to belzebub
