Level requirement for item is limited to 50. ILVL can be and often is higher then this requirement.

one more question:

is there a dependency stats of items from magic find?

for exemple we have 2 unique sword.

one of them drop with 0mf%
other with 400 mf %

will there be a second sword be more likely to receive higher stats after identification

at what moment is calculated stats sword, and depend on whether they find magic

Magic find chance increases odds that an item dropped will be higher quality type(unique, set, rare, magic). It does not affect quantity, ilvl and stat rolls on items.

I see he got the same colour problem like me.
The difference between a yellow "rare" and a golden "unique" is too small.

I agree but i would also say the same thing about the normal (white) and magical (blue) items, becase sometimes its hard to tell the difference if the ground is too bright (like sand near lava at Caves area). It wouldnt be the case if the colors were more intense.

Vanilla D1 and D2 have same colour problem. But... Usually all people take other items than white/blue to town - salvaging or Griswold. So when you Cain them you know for sure if this item is rare or unique ;p

I have the same colour issue with the unique/rare items (only with them). maybe this also is a result of my red colour desease...don't know the real name in english. in german it's "Rot-/Grünschwäche".

In English, we commonly refer to this as colour blindness. I'm sorry to hear about that.
