Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hi there!

I try to do lost treasure runs in Hell. My Problem is the high damage of the snakes - the blue ones that shout the poison missle. They do 100+ damage per hit... and they hit me often

That makes it nearly impossible for me to do the runs. Can you give me a hint to defeat the snakes more easily? Or to reduce there damage?

Is "Reduced damage from enemys" the key? Resistance? (poison = magic resistance, right?) Faster hit recovery? I tried a lot with my gear, but nothing helps for now...

PS: I have a clvl 43 barbarian. Gear is not the best, but quiet okay i think. I made it relatively easy the way through Hell difficulty.

Lost Treasure runs are most efficient on Sorcerer. You need just teleport and mana pots. Then you don't receive any damage from snakes and run can be done in 2minutes.
