When the power was cut-off at your house, there's a chance the game was accessing the data of your char to save at that time, and maybe this caused your char save to disapear. If that what's happened, I don't think this qualifies as a bug.

Is this char the only one that disapeared? Did you have others?
Because if you are running the game with windows vista (and others that I don't remember right now), you should run as administrator, otherwise the game won't save the characters.

Hi there and thank you for this amazing mod.
Once in a while the game crashes as soon as i open a dialog box for Griswold in town. No other NPC dialog box crashed whatsoever.
I have to reboot the game and start cleaning levels again about 1/5 of the times when i try to trade with him. I agree that it is not bad for my XP...
It could happen after the first run of a new game or after hours of play around.
I always find back in stash the stuff gathered in the last trip
I did not really check it but i believe this rather happens whether i cast a portal than when i use the pentacle gateway.

Anyway this IS a bug but it could be a failure in the Wineskin wrapper for OS X and not a Belzebub code failure.

I did update Wineskin and replaced the belzebub files in the wrapper with your last release but i still crash ONLY when starting a conversation with Griswold (the dialog box opens before the freeze).

It gives me a backtrace log upon crash, mumbo jumbo for me...

when i lost my character that i was playing - i had my diablo game minimized and was looking at emails and then the power went out. I have tested this scenario with diablo on screen and unplugged my PC power but that did not seem to destroy my character and shared stash. so i guess its got something to do with the game being minimized while PC turns off. i did not lose my other character (sorc) only the one that i was playing at the time (barb).

W questcie lost treasure kiedy wejdziemy do ukrytego przejścia 'unknown' i zabijemy wszystkich bossów zadanie się kończy. Ale jest też w tej lokacji zablokowane przejście, zakratowane. Czy ja coś pominąłem? Rozświetlając sobie lightingiem co jest dalej widziałem schody... zastanawiające. Ktoś podpowie o co chodzi?

Nie rób żadnych screenów, tam się nie da wejść i tyle. Nie można się przez to przeteleportować ani nic, po prostu taki to design levela. w końcu teoretycznie jakoś tamte podziemia zbudowano żeby dało się do nich wejść, a to jak nasz bohater się tam dostaje to czysty przypadek, robale wyryły w tunel w ziemi.

A może tam jest ukryty Krowi Poziom i istnieje jakiś sposób żeby wejść? Tego przecież nie wiemy jakie BrightLord ma w głowie pomysły i co kombinuje :D

Hello everyone as I'm new here. =)

I have 2 small suggestion which might make game a bit more fluent.

1. - I'd like to suggest some option to autoloot Gold. Items and another stuff is big, and you decide what to pick up, but gold doesn't take much space and comes handy even in later stages (gambling).
It might be implemented as an option (with turn on/off), command, skill, item mod, whatever. And most importantly, lower the frustration.

2. - Free equipment repair/recharge - simply, with shared stash there's no problem to place items there a then use Warrior/Sorcerer to do said stuff. Which in my opinion makes some serious item juggling and character switching. This would make exactly the same stuff while (again) saving some frustration.

(Also some cheats would be nice, it may be way around/mimic the 1. and 2. suggestion... no, don't worry, just kidding. :D)

Sorry if it's a dumb idea, if it was suggested before or if it would be too hard to code and implement.

Suggestion for the quest list. Is it possible to show the quest that you have finished? I can't see which quests I've done now and which ones I've forgotten to do/missed.

Thanks for this great mod, I enjoy every second of it :) It's very slow compared to MedianXL, but for me the speed with my new sorc is just perfect.

Remove from the game "Map of the Starts", because it is impossible to kill Diablo on the second level of complexity.
