Yes, I think so, too.
Melee character can not endure many monsters in Torment hell level.
Hit recovery patch maybe needed.

The Oculus is good, becuase 25% teleport make survival rate very high.
For boss, I use skull collecter.
'Cannot be frozen' is crucial in Torment level
And I like the option 'chance of getting magic items'
