You can get him down to 1 hp by casting apocalypse spell. then you can activate him and kill him with just one stroke.

i don't think this is intended. this worked for me on torment and i think it works elsewhere as well.

I wish I hadn't read this... I hope it gets fixed before I ever feel compelled to use this vile and putrid information!

This and other bugs are fixed in 1.033 version which is nearly complete
