I talked to the boy and he told me about his lost map, but i didn;t pick it up right away, i went for some other quests, then when i went to pick it up, there were 8 of this maps lying on the flour! Probably 1 for everytime i TP-ed home. Its sad though that there is only 1 treasure, and not 8
