Game crash

I used an eldritch cauldron on dlvl 16 hell diff. and the game crashed afterwards.

Same happened to me, used a cauldron on Grimspike level, and the game crashed. Though it was before the last patch, and since that crash the grimspike level was bug-free, so i didn't mention it.
