From salvage item, I can not get silver oil

Yes it does I got it and didn't know what it is for.
You have to sell one of the crafted-by-yourself items, this way you get it.
Btw, for what can you use it?

This is the only recipy I found so far that uses Silver Oil.
Can't tell you how does it exactly upgrade your weapon, since I never got silver oil itself.

I see. Btw, i of course i meant not to sell, but to salvage the already crafted item. It gives you silver oil.
