Butcher

Hey, I might just be stupid but I couldn't find any earlier post about this.
I have entered the cathedral level 2 about three times now but the butcher's champer is always empty.
Is he not yet added to the game or is this some kind of bug?
Amazing work on this game tho!

I don't want to spoil the solution for you. I just say: listen exactly to the words spoken by wirt.
the butcher is definitely in the game. you just have to solve a secret

Yeah I just figured right before you typed it!
Is that a new thing?
I remember him just being in his room with all the blood/bodies!

it's a remake of the butcher's chamber quest, which blizzard wanted to implement into the game in a very early version, but it never make it to the final release of the game...
that's really great about this mod, to find all the lost quests of blizzards early ideas

Oh, that's really awesome
Along with the whole mod.
I find this extremely well made overall.
Wonder how they got all this information and stuff tho.
I am really looking forward to the multiplayer.
Any words on that from the devs this far?

I'm pretty sure a lot of the missing quests and stuff were packaged in the game data, just not used in the actual game.
Last i heard mp won't be out for a year or so :\
