Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hi all I was just wondering for those with more experience, when is the point where you would want to start farming Torment for gear/recipes etc. I've got my Barbarian consistently able to clear Terror's Domain in Hell and at about Cave Floor 9 in Torment where I've finally hit a wall. Killing stuff in Torment is getting sloggy my dps is suffering as I really can't find or craft a weapon better than Fang of Cerberus so I've been single wielding it with no offhand (even with the block speed the constantly blocking ruins damage). Do any of you veterans know when approximately gear / drops from Torment will be better than drops from Diablo in Hell? I just got Dragonslayer's Cage so I know for sure Diablo is AT LEAST qlvl 60 and these runs keep giving me level 50 recipes. I've found 0 useful items from Torment so far and I remember Nightmare Diablo outpaced almost all of Hell in terms of drops. I'm also curious where does farming Lazarius in /players 2+ fall into it? I've seen some decent stuff from him too.

Also just wondering if anyone knows, where is the best place to get Raven Frost to drop? I'm getting brutalized by Cold enchanted things and Haste, Cold Enchanted = instantly leave game.
