Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Is it just me or do Books of Frozen Orb not exist? I'm lvl 32 in Hell and have not seen a single one, not from Adria, or drop-off mobs. Does anyone have any advice? or have some FT?

Higher level spells will only spawn in the higher difficulty. Keep playing on Hell mode, eventually it will drop.
