where can i find new unique rings added from Tchernobog v0.2.1

The version I have installed now is 0.2.1c, and I've been playing for over a week, but I haven't seen any of them. Are there any prerequisites for getting these new rings?

From the info released in the discord, these are fairly high level items and would be likely to drop in Torment lower dungeon levels with several other players and a moderate amount of Magic Find equipped.
