Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hello,while playing recently i found an item(a full helm to be exact) that every time i aproach the cursor on it crashes the game and creates a crash log.

I've never had any problem on prior versions at all until i pick this thing up and i cant even get rid of it,what should i do?
